Editing a page opens a page edit in an editable wiki
Like with moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de and moinmaster.wikwikiweb.de all MoinMoin installations have the problem that the core system pages should not be editable. Right now you only get the info from the comments and EditingOnMoinMaster.
A user should be led to corresponding wiki where she can edit a page. This can be the MoinMaster wiki but could also be set to something else. In effect this would mean that a user clicks on Edit on a system page like HelpContents and is then led to MoinMaster. We could also do this:
If the user is unknown maybe he gets a message how editing is done (information of EditingOnMoinMaster) that he can remove and then simply start editing.
This could lead to a lot few unwanted edits and it could also be an interesting mechanism if the goal would be to have one writeable and one readable wiki (maybe the writeable wiki gets reviewed and the pages only get published every once in a while into the readonly wiki) Maybe this request has a link to the request: FeatureRequests/DiscussionAndOrCommentPages . I mean the meta layer where every page has:
- a discussion page
- an edit page
- what ever
