Short description
When more than one authentication method is enabled, the login fields are all put together, making it unclear as to which fields must be filled in. In practice, this probably only occurs when "normal" Moin authentication is used together with OpenID logins, and although people familiar with OpenID probably know that only the identity URL needs to be filled in, it is still quite confusing.
It would be nice to split the fields up into groups and make it clearer that there is a choice of authentication methods; this can be done by providing a separate form for each method. Attached is a patch for 1.9.x and for 1.8.x which adds this enhancement.
