Hlins is a tool to insert hypertext links into HTML documents using a database. It will enhance the power of WikiWiki. Users can turn on/off to using this filter for each page.
Hlins is also used in ParserMarket/bibtex. We can adopt the syntax/database.
Similar feature was implemented in GaGaParser.
