Short description
It would be nice to be able to give the Include macro page names in quotes, potentially to confine the name's contents, although it appears mostly useful for distinguishing the different arguments. It would also be nice to be able to use page names that contain commas with the macro. Attached is a patch which adds these simple enhancements.
