inline: support for external resources
I upload scripts to my web server's filesystem, for convenience, instead of attaching them to Moin pages - but I would still like to inline: these scripts - http://cgi.sfu.ca/~jdbates/moin/moin.cgi/Mail2Moin
The request is not clear. Please describe what will happen when you use inline an external resource, for example:
inline:http://example.com/resource
Update: moin 1.6 will have transclusion markup, e.g. {{target}} will embed the target resource inline. For some content-types, this works good (e.g. images), for most others it works less good or not at all. It also depends on the browser you use, not every browser is supporting <object> well and also moin's support for it is still developing.
