Short description
When an e-mail address is displayed to an unknown user, the all upper-case words used to replace "@", "-" and "." should be translated.
If MoinMoin is used in French for example:
<<MailTo(tylor AT corbeaunoir DOT org)>>
Should be displayed as:
<tylor CHEZ corbeaunoir POINT org>
An address displayed with DOT, DASH and AT might not be understandable to a non English speaker.
macro argument given in english, but display translated to reader's language
- for the known set of AT, DOT, DASH, that would work
Workaround
- do not use AT DOT DASH, but just either give correct email-addr or try "foo @ example . org"
- that will work for everybody, but has disadvantage of showing a more or less real email address as plain text (not as mailto link, though)
