<del> syntax
Trac wiki support <del>deleted text</del> with ~~deleted text~~ syntax.
<del> has been added in MoinMoin 1.5. --(striked text)-- renders as striked text.
but it is not consistent with basic formatting rules. please see below

font coloring
Recently the font sizing feature is added for MoinMoin but it's syntax is not consistent with other syntax like as ''italic'' or ,,subscript,,; enclosed using two marks. One can suggest simply ++bigger++ or --smaller-- but it is not suitable for more than one. etc.
I suggest that font styling like as , , and .
I don't think we implement that, at least not now. -- ThomasWaldmann 2005-09-27 22:03:20
Moreover, for more cosistent syntax for ^super script^, I suggest ^^super script^^ syntax.
super script super script new
This sounds very reasonable, we should implement it. -- ThomasWaldmann 2005-09-27 22:03:20
and ~~deleted text~~ (supported by Trac) is good than --(deleted text)-- --AnonymousDoner

I think it is very instinctive list syntax in the rst formatting rule than current moinmoin syntax.
A. upper-case letters and it goes over many lines with two paragraphs and all!
Currently moinmoin support the following syntax partially for "*"
A. upper-case letters and it goes over many lines with two paragraphs and all!
I think It is not very hard to support both above two. --AnonymousDoner
