Page creation event
Here's my story. Launchpad has recently gone open source. As part of this, we created a public developer wiki to handle all the information about hacking on Launchpad. I'm very interested in following the growth of this wiki, and in keeping track of the new things that happen.
For a while, I simply subscribed to all pages. However, that doesn't scale very well, since now there are a lot of pages being changed constantly. I really am only interested in new pages, or in some particular pages.
What I would like to do is to be told about every new wiki page that is created, in addition to being able to subscribe to certain pages.
