I'd call it half a bug. Maybe it is a bug in my installation...
Page-renaming does not consider a page lock, i.e. I'm not being warned when renaming a page that someone else currently edits. The editor will receive a warning "somebody else edited this page before you" when trying to save the buffer.
I hope this edit-conflict can be avoided by letting page-renames consider edit locks.
