Short description
The summer and winter time change of the offset in the timezone of a user should be somehow automaticly changed.
I looked at that about a year ago (and at some python lib implementing all the timezone related stuff). After seeing the huge amount of code / tz definition files that this lib would add to moin if we include it, I decided it is better to just live with the offset and not include that lib.
For this feature request it means that you would have to suggest some sane and small lib for the tz stuff. -- ThomasWaldmann 2008-04-23 09:58:13
