Support other archive formats in attachments
Right now only ZIP is a supported archive format in attachments. So you can just unpack ZIP. But there are other formats that are more widely used in Unix sector Which is tar and compressed with gizp or Bzip2 (tar.gz or tar.bz2). You find many archives in the internet that are paackaged with these. It would be nice if Moin also could unpack them.
