Define Groups in a text file
With moin 1.9, we could have a text file backend for the groups, so wiki admins have an easy way to interface with moin groups as long as there is no backend directly reading their data (from ldap, from mysql, from ...).
Maybe YAML-based? Or a simple own parser?
Text file should be utf-8 encoded.
