Short description
Some MoinMoin help pages use the WikiConfigHelp (for example HelpOnAccessControlLists) macro.
When translating these pages, we only have 2 bad options. Either we also use the WikiConfigHelp macro and the settings table will be left untranslated, or we create a table with a copy of the data shown by this macro. But this table will not be updated if the settings are updated and this change will not be detected by the CheckTranslation action.
The Description field of the WikiConfigHelp should be translated using GetText. This would enable the translated page to use the same macro call as the original page.
