Description
The BadContent update process fails with MoinMoin 1.9.6. I just upgraded, and this is the first time I've seen this failure. I don't know if it is a problem with 1.9.6 or if it is due to changes at master.moinmo.in.
Steps to reproduce
Attempt to visit <http://master.moinmo.in/?action=xmlrpc2>. The BadContent update process, at least in version 1.9.6 to which I just upgraded, apparently goes here first in attempting to retrieve the BadContent page.
Going to <http://master.moinmo.in/?action=xmlrpc2> returns <Fault 1: 'This moin wiki does not allow xmlrpc method calls.'>.
Here's a log excerpt.

Discussion
It looks like they added their own temporary security fix, too (disabling xmlrpc in the config)
