Description
When using some code area, the toggle line numbers link might appear in an unexpected language.
Steps to reproduce
- use "de" as first language in your browser
- put a new code area on a page and save
- see a german toggle line numbers link
- put "en" as first language in your browser
- still see the german toggle line numbers link
