Description
When using the MoinMoin Render as DocBook action, the generated DocBook code does not include information about the document language, even if this information is provided on the page (#language xx).
As this element is missing, all texts generated by the DocBook parser will be in English (e.g. "Table of Contents" instead of "Table des matières", "Chapter" instead of "Chapitre", etc.).
Steps to reproduce
Use render as DocBook action on a page with a #language fr header.
- The root element (article) does not include a lang="fr" attribute.
