 1. open any wiki page.
 1. start editing it in GUI ("Edit (GUI)")
 1. try to do any action that will open a popup window.(eg. "Past from Word","Insert/Edit Link",right click on existing link and select "Edit link")
 1. this window won't work, it will be just blank
