I messed around with some Include macro options, but I got errors when I tried to follow the examples in HelpOnMacros/Include.

Sorry, just noticed that this is a duplicate of http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinMoinBugs/IncludeMacroBroken. The patch mentioned there worked for me too!
