Description

Since 1.7 (I guess), there are some problems using the monthcalender with a template (template will be used for directly editing nonexisting day pages). Even the help page under http://master.moinmo.in/HelpOnMacros/MonthCalendar is not not up-to-date!

Steps to reproduce

Just try to use the MonthCalender Macro with a Template

<<MonthCalendar(,,,,,,MonthCalendarTemplate)>>

Example

Argument "anniversary" must be a boolean value

this is also the official sytnax for including a template; but it's not working

 <<MonthCalendar(,,,,,,MonthCalendarTemplate)>> 

<<MonthCalendar: execution failed [Argument "anniversary" must be a boolean value, not "monthcalendartemplate"] (see also the log)>>

Argument "height6" must be a boolean value

this works that a template is used but after browsing to another month/year an error appears:

 <<MonthCalendar(,,,,,,,MonthCalendarTemplate)>>
