Description
As far as I know (I normally know that I am doing!), I did not make revision 47 of BadContent in this Wiki, but the revision history for BadContent say I did.
I did update MoinBeta two second after the timestamp.

This is no real bug, rather a missing feature. Admittedly, it is a bit confusing.
When saving a page, an update of BadContent is triggered by the person saving. And thus it is logged under his/her name, although the system itself did it.
Sound like a bug to me, although very small one. BadContent should show the editor name of the last editor who edited this page on MoinMaster, or not show this info at all, since its kind of magic page.
