If you edit some pages and save them, the next view might not contain a closing tag for some links.
Steps to reproduce
Check out EmacsForMoinMoin
See how the page contains an <a... without an </a> sometimes (depends on the cache state)
- that "depends on cache state" needs to be clarified to be able to reproduce it better
- Load the page again and see how it is correct again
