Description
MoinMoin 1.9.1 tar.gz (MD5 checksum: 6d88b44c4b199a981124d8192864ac29 ), released 2010-01-19 does not have underlay pages. As a result a fresh installation will have no help pages etc.
Steps to reproduce
- Download the tar ball and do a fresh installation.
