Description
Moinmoin 1.5.0 requires docutils 0.3.10, which is not an official release, and the version check seems to be broken. (Gentoo)
Steps to reproduce
Look at a page with #format rst
Example
Details
In rst.py
required_version = (0, 3, 10) current_version = [int(i) for i in docutils.__version__.split('.')]
compares a tuple with a list, which leads always to the wrong result in my case
>>> (0,0)>[9,9] True
Furthermore, 0.3.10 does not exist, see http://docutils.sourceforge.net/RELEASE-NOTES.html

Workaround
Change the lines to:
required_version = [0, 3, 9] current_version = [int(i) for i in docutils.__version__.split('.')]

Of course 0.3.10 existed. Not as a release, but as a snapshot. So we are checking against it. See also MoinMoinBugs before filing a bug.
