Description
When editing a page in GUI mode, empty InterWiki links will be deleted.
Steps to reproduce
Create a page (in text editor mode) with an named empty InterWiki link, i.e. a named InterWiki link pointing to the root page of the other wiki, e.g.
[wiki:DeWikiPedia: Wikipedia]
Save the page, and re-open it in the GUI editor. Change something (but certainly not your test link), and save again: The link you added in the first step has vanished.

Discussion
As far as I can tell, this problem was not limited to "empty" interwiki links. -- SteveDavison 2006-05-18 00:44:36
With which version is this wiki running? It just says Version 1.5.3 [Revision release] on SystemInfo. I don't see this issue good at this moment. -- MartinBayer 2006-05-18 10:25:01
Currently it is Version 1.5.3+ [Revision 14f1b8508ecf tip] (even visible on SystemInfo now). -- ThomasWaldmann 2006-05-18 16:04:59
What do you mean by you "don't see this issue good at this moment"? I tested it above and it works. If it doesn't work for you, please provide test case and details (including browser used). -- ThomasWaldmann 2006-05-18 18:13:34
I tested it this morning in the WikiSandBox, and the bug was still there, i.e. the link was deleted by the GUI editor: see diffs between revisions #2250 and #2251 (that is 2006-05-18 12:16:33 and 2006-05-18 12:18:16), where the first edit was made in the text editor, and the second in the GUI editor. I just tried out again (rev. #2257 2006-05-18 21:17:10 and #2258 2006-05-18 21:17:55), and it now seems to work. So, this means: Seen good in MoinMoin version 1.5.3 revision 14f1b8508ecf tip. -- MartinBayer 2006-05-18 19:27:29
