In some cases, not all headings are included into the Table of Contents ([[TableOfContents]] macro).
Example
See FeldBefehl : The Table of Contents starts with the 2nd 1st-level heading, "Feldbefehle pro Kategorie", the 1st 1st-level heading and some more headings are not included.

Workaround
We found the reason: The GUI-Editor uses {{{}}} for wiki-names that are used in plural like FeldBefehle. The GUI-Editor inserts:
FeldBefehl{{{e}}}
When replacing {{{}}} with `` the TOC works all right.
