Description

A page that include MonthCalendar macro does not show the GUI editor link.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add [[MonthCalendar]] to a page

The bug is cause by this line in common/js/infobox.js: 

// Initialize after loading the page
window.onload=infoinit;

This replace the onload functon installed by common/js/common.js.
