Sorry for my poor english.

I can't get the localized MissingPage, that is PáginaInexistente in spanish.

When I want to create a new page, I get MissingPage. It's ok but... my locale is spanish and I must get PáginaInexistente.

I get

This page does not exist yet. You can create a new empty page, or use one of the page templates.
...

And I must get

Esta página no existe todavía. puede crear una nueva página vacía, o usar alguna de las plantillas existentes.
...

Steps to reproduce

1. Change your browser locale to spanish...
2. Reload moin in your browser. You'll get the spanish version. It's ok.

3. Try to create a new page. You'll get the ENGLISH version of MissingPage and not the localized version, that EXISTS in the underlay directory.

This msgfmt.py bug likely killed many translations in all languages having some "fuzzy" mark left.

You see, it always pays off to have a complete and "fuzzy clean" translation.
