Description

when you get on the link ( $/!\$ on WHAT link? $/!\$ ), it says:

Invalid user name 'High$'. Name may contain any Unicode alpha numeric character, with optional one space between words. Group page name is not allowed.

my guess is that my dad created this user. it probably should not be allowed while it can't be properly accepted by the whole system.

Steps to reproduce

create a user with special character (such as High$).
- I tried to create a user Test$ on 1.8.current and it was rejected with exactly the same error msg as you quoted above.
try to access the link.
