1. Move monkeypatching to Moin i18n package. Add also the unittest, do some manual testing
2. Update send_notification() function. Trying to find a way to create a Moin item based on a revision of a deleted item (necessary for getting subscribers). Also investigating of a good way to check for text content. My idea is to create a tuple constant that will contain all the Content text types (Text, Mark-up content, userprofiles).

1. Bounce handling clarifications. Starting with modifying sendmail to accept DSN.
2. Working on notifications.
