- changed the way of parent page (header link rel) is rendered
- killed sidebar and leaving TODO in the code
removing link_to at some places, removing unnecessary parameters in JinjaTheme functions
- fixed some html indentations
- removed theme.header()
- get rid of dict crap (theme.navibar() and theme.msg(), username, title and trail) and changed userprefs to fit actual rendering (gonna change this asap)
- killed editbar. now it is full rendered in editbar.html
