- fixed url generation for static files (added a attribute to request object, static_href)
- get rid of _send_title_called and rendering msg_list (old _status) directly in template
- rendering supplementation_page_link directly in template and renamed it (link_supplementation_page)
- get rid of urlquoted version of pages
- get rid of dict crap (FINALLY :D) and changed parameter in render_content function
- now render_content is rendering base.html directly
