Donating to support MoinMoin development
MoinMoin is Free Software licensed under the GNU GPL license.
As you can maybe imagine, developing and continuously enhancing such a software takes lots of time and effort, running servers (like the one hosting the project's resources, including this wiki) costs money, etc...
Thus, if you like MoinMoin and you want to help, we won't hold you back.
Ways to help MoinMoin development
You can contribute by donating some of your time and experience (e.g. as a software developer, theme designer, translation maintainer, supporting other moin users, ...).
We strongly prefer that people become contributors. In most cases, being a contributor will go much further than a monetary donation.
However, for those who cannot offer time, we would gladly accept a monetary donation to the project.
Donating money
We are using share-it.com to help us accepting donations - you'll have many different payment options, it will be secure, professionally managed and you'll get an invoice. If you live in a non-EUR or non-english speaking country, you'll have options there to select your preferred language and currency.
The MoinMoin Wiki Donation item price is set to 25 EUR (including taxes you have to pay, if applicable).
If you would like to give more, just order multiple items (so the total matches what you want to give).
If you can not just donate to us, please check if you want to buy some Support from us.
