I use MoinMoin for an internal wiki at my office. We use it for any kind of documentation that we can think of.

I also have a personal wiki that I keep up to date with the latest beta or developer's version. I keep up with projects (and their documentation), personal stuff, and anything else that goes in there.
It also runs on Windows XP with apache and mod_python

- I made the sidebar and titlebar fixed on my wiki installation:
- I am also working to get Alternate Stylesheets working (more on that when I get some working code)
- I also have made Collapsible Table of Contents and Includes, but need to port that over to 1.3
I also use roundup for an issue and bug tracker and will be writing some macros for MoinMoin to interface with it.
