Distinguish to kinds of deleted pages
On RecentChanges, deleted pages are conspicuously marked as such.
It would be good to show whether this deletion was caused by a Delete Page action or rather by a Rename Page action. In the latter case, it would also be good to indicate the new name of the page.
- In fact, I think it could be interessant. It's quite difficult to find the new page after a renaming if the new name is really different.
