(see MetaDataInMoin and SemanticMoin).
http://graphingwiki.virtues.fi/ is a MoinMoin extension to augment Wiki pages with semantic data and to visualise this data.
JussiEronen is the main developer.
Issue tracker appears to be up and running at https://graphingwiki.webfactional.com/ list of defects and enhancement requests.
Yes, we also have an svn repo at svn.graphingwiki.python-hosting.com. I was really busy at my day job these past few months, so I didn't manage to have any code done. Now things have become somewhat less hectic and development has continued. Plans for the near future: develop some new features, combine some old ones to make usage cleaner, develop UI a bit, make a users manual. We'll see how it'll go. -JussiEronen 2007-02-01 22:38:24

Great! The first working SemanticMoin implementation I've seen! Congratulations... :-)))
Jussi, the only hit I am seeing right now (let me play with it for some time) is that many times graphics are too big to be displayed in a normal screen (I have 1280x800 and quite a few don't fit). Any way to configure that?
Thanks. There are two easy solutions for this: a) use SVG, which has zooming and other nice features. I used it quite extensively throughout the development of Graphingwiki (around Nov-05 - Apr-06, btw), and some implementations worked pretty nice. b) try it with Opera, which supports zooming out the whole page, images included. I'll have to see about creating a some kind of a zooming feature. --JussiEronen
Did you tried ZGRViewer? See http://zvtm.sourceforge.net/zgrviewer.html I don't know if it can be embedded in the page, but it may be a very interesting tool to explore your maps.
Good idea! Implemented it. For an example, please check out: http://graphingwiki.virtues.fi/CVE-2005-3213?action=ShowGraphSimple&format=zgr&depth=1&categories=CategoryInputValidationError&otherpages=&limit=&colorby=impact%2520type&orderby=severity&graph=Create+graph (note that you will have to have Java enabled for your browser in order for it to work) -JussiEronen 2007-02-01 22:38:24
Other idea: is it possible to include (or embed) the graph in a page, with or without controls? This will allow for a more complete comprehension, text along with the graphic map.
Also a good idea. Implemented it as the macro InlineGraph. A quick example: http://graphingwiki.virtues.fi/CVE-2005-3213 -JussiEronen 2007-02-01 22:38:24
Awesome! Jussi, the only thing I can say is thank you so much.
