BaseGroup, BaseGroupBackend naming. Use backend postfix in place of *Dicts *Groups
Get rid of backends. Merge groups and dicts.

add get() method to request.groups and, possibly, request.dicts
move groups to datastruct.groups
move wikidicts
scripts.account.homepage uses request.groups /HomepageScriptDraftPatch check if the homepage script code is happy with a set (the other if-branches use lists)
