I added a jacket to the apparel available for purchase and the login and password are set to the information given to me.
I featured your logo on the right pocket of shirts and sweatshirts and under your name on the back side. 
On the back side I placed "MoinMoin Wiki" across the shoulder with "http://moinmo.in" underneath this. The logo was placed under. 
On the front side of apparel I placed "MoinMoin Wiki" under your logo.
