Description

In current 1.6/1.7 dev inserting a macro from the gui uses the old [[ ]] instead of << >>

The Macro sign should be changed to the new syntax too

Steps to reproduce

1. http://test17.wikiwikiweb.de or http://test.wikiwikiweb.de

2. edit a page with the gui editor
3. click on insert/edit macro
4. select BR for example

The BR is inserted as [[BR]]

apply the following patch:

and change the icon to reflect the new syntax
