Description
It seams to me that, DocBook is not working well. I discovered some problems while using pages with Include Macros.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Page and use the Include Macro like:
<<Include(^MarcelHäfner/F.*|^MarcelHäfner/B.*)>> --> ExpatError
<<Include(^MarcelHäfner/.*)>> --> UnicodeDecodeError
- result: output is a traceback from moinmoin

Workaround
- not using docbook on pages with include macro
If you include only a single page (without regex) then the docbook was working in my test case...
