Description
If one uploads the UnderConstruction package the test19 server shows an Internal Server Error The file gets only partly uploaded 685.8 KB from 702 KB
I don't get the install link.
It takes rather long to upload this small file. Trying to overwrite the package give the same error.
The size isn't the reason any size gives a 500.

Can't reproduce with misc. files on moin-1.9 and wikiserver.py.
Hmm, I am pretty sure now that I have not checked kB and kiB size of that file. So the numbers above with the right unit are correct. However I am a bit unsure about this, if one finds a similiar problem please reopen this bug and try to describe it better than me.
