Description
Quite easy to describe. Something is broken in MoinMoin 1.3 (at least in patch 151) but not in MoinMoin 1.2:
Some fresh installations do show too many pages in TitleIndex (option allpages=0). I. e. isSystemPage returns false for pages that are system pages.

Workaround
Fix SystemPages*Group on MoinMaster. And update from there.
Discussion
Most of the problem is fixed by updating the system pages from MoinMaster. The remaining problem are these pages:
- System Pages Group
- System Pages In Chinese Group
- System Pages In Danish Group
- System Pages In Dutch Group
- System Pages In English Group
- System Pages In French Group
- System Pages In German Group
- System Pages In Italian Group
- System Pages In Russian Group
- System Pages In Serbian Group
- System Pages In Swedish Group
This was caused by wikidicts loosing group pages when expanding the groups.
