Description
Bug? When viewing wiki pages with #format plain there are no line anchors in the html ouput. This might be a problem with very long pages and viewing diffs.
Steps to reproduce
Go to BadContent.
- Call action "info". Try to view the latest changes to the page.
- In diff-view click on the line-number in the table header
- Jumping to the changed section in the page doesn't work since there are no html line anchors in the page.

Same is true for pages in #format python, see http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/parser/sql.py. Jumping to the changed section doesn't work there either.
