Description
When you are reading RecentChanges via the RSS feed it gets the logic backwards of what's been added and what's been removed. This appears to be new in MoinMoin 1.2.

I see the below in my RSS reader:
macro/IncludePages + == Code == - == Code (for Moin 1.2) == - attachment:MacroMarket/IncludePages-moin12.py - inline:MacroMarket/IncludePages-moin12.py - - - == Code (for Moin 1.1) == attachment:MacroMarket/IncludePages.py inline:MacroMarket/IncludePages.py ...
Which seems to have the +'s and -'s exactly backwards.
