Description
Page viewing or editing fails because of Python type error in wikiutils.py.
Steps to reproduce
Go to http://www.moinmo.in/MoinMoinBugs/RawEditHelpInKorean . Instead of page it displays "Type error" message and python traceback.

Discussion
I fixed the parser bug, the workaround is still required because the Verbatim macro takes no keyword arguments.
