Call some other action (like 'show') before editing.
Discussion
This is because the theme checks page.pi_format == 'wiki' as precondition for offering the gui editor (we currently only have a converter for html -> wiki, but not e.g. for html -> rst).
pi_format is only set by page.send_page() and thus not used by some actions that don't send the page.
This problem will automatically vanish once we have real (and separate) metadata, so maybe don't expect a fix before that.
