PiyoPiyo is my nickname because piyo wasn't an acceptable name.
I use MoinMoin 1.2.2 at work and home, but now recently upgrading to 1.2.4. My contents are in English and Japanese. I depend on the UTF-8 goodness.
My interests are power user Windows and source code revision by Subversion. Among other things.
I really like using the at-SIG-at macro to sign my posts.

I forgot to say big thanks to all who develop and improve MoinMoin. I depend on it on a daily basis. Thank you! 大変感謝です。ありがとうございました!

Messages to me
Welcome Piyo!
Be aware that signing is usually used when expressing an opinion or stuff maybe needing further clearing with author (or if you are talking with somebody, so he knows who is speaking to him). If the stuff written is simple a fact, like a knowledgebase entry, then one usually doesn't sign it in wikis.

reply to ThomasWaldmann: I find that information can get outdated, so it helps to know (on the page of text itself) when the information was added. For example, the HelpOnInstalling/ApacheWithModPython had meandering text that was confusing because I didn't know the version numbers, or it would jump from one point of view to another. Since I felt that that page was not a single voice but a collection of voices, I decided to clarify my edit. BTW, I wrote this reply to you, will you be able to know that I have a message for you? -- PiyoPiyo 2004-11-21 02:01:33
Comment on above: I agree with your comments about the text style. This is why I'm attempting to rehash this at NigelMetheringham/ApacheWithModPython . I don't think your notes change anything in that - other than maybe adding a para that the unix examples I use work exactly as is on windows, as long as the pathnames are changed appropriately. -- NigelMetheringham 2025-02-28 12:43:57
A: I read RecentChanges.
BTW: is there really such a thing as a Windows Power User? <g>
Of course there is: you need a lot of power to run windows
