User uses Spell Check rather than preview, and loses edits when browser crashes

Observation

Despite being told otherwise, uses seem to persist in using the Check Spelling Button to check there spelling and to preview their page. The result of this is that if their browser should crash for some reason, they end up losing all their edits back to the last preview, if in fact they ever did one.

Users have become use to being able to both check their spelling and see what their page will look like by using the Check Spelling Button. This means that they become exposed to a browser crash and loosing their data.

Task

Users

Tend to be computer literate, and believe it will not happen to them.

Context

I must hear this every so often, Please Sir how do I recover this large wiki page I have just spent ages entering?

Discussion

It would probably help if when a spelling check was done that a copy was made, either as per the Preview button or to another well known place, such that a easy recovery can be undertaken by the user.
