Today key points
1. Updated function create_user() from MoinMoin/user.py. Had a cr (https://codereview.appspot.com/10688044/), commit and push to my fork on bitbucket
2. Created a validator for subscription_ids and pushed it for review (https://codereview.appspot.com/10716043/)
3. Updated the subscription_id tests according to the updated create_user()
