Added the default value of results_per_page for users, change reflected in paging codes ( both in global history and item history )

Description: Now by default logged in users wont have any pagination unless they sets it, but non-logged in users may see the pagination as per the value set in the config.
And also earlier today added diff links (to show diff between last revision and the first one of a item) in the global history page (Will push it soon)
