New-Item tab has been added on index page

There is just on issue in above change, when the new-item popup box is opened and user drags the files to screen then those Start-Cancel button will appear on popup box itself not in the previous location.
And before moving forward i have to do some changes in index and history codes.

In index, as i stated earlier that code to find subitem flag needs some modification.
And in global_history to get the range list i have written the code there itself, but later on i found similar implementation under util, so i am thinking of using that util function and thus it will make the history code little less.

And after that i can quickly do that on demand meta loading it will hardly take more than a day.

Please use Close for Later button. We need then only one translation string and this is more common on other places too.
- Is it easily possible to show the size of the uploaded item? Then I wish to see it for two reasons. It is clear to a user that a longer file takes longer to upload and also it makes no sense to upload a 0 byte file.
- If once something is uploaded the next time the buttons below upload files are persistant
. Because nothing to do can they removed again?
This happens only sometimes, can't currently reproduce. - The actions menu should be located right to the "Filter by Content Type" (less mouse moves)
- The triangel on both are not consistant one is looking like /\ and the other like \/
- Please set comment as not required for actions, it is always optional.
